Why go to Amboseli?
They call it The Land of the Gentle Giants referring to both giants - the elephants that can be seen in big memories (you didn’t know that was the word for a “herd”of elephants, did you?) and the majestic view of Mt Kilimanjaro.
Animals that you can expect to see in Amboseli
Well, definitely, elephants. This is a sure thing.
You can see lions and cheetahs, even the sneaky leopard!
About the Community, the Maasai
We can assume that Maasai Mara is the only place where Maasai live, but that is not true.
As nomads, they traveled from one side of Kenya to the other, and still reside near Amboseli.
We can also meet the tribe here, and learn from their native ways, to understand their healing ways and their perspective in life.

The specific itinerary for your trip will very much depend on whether you are joining a group or we are doing a private trip. Private trips are tailored made to your liking.
The accommodation on this itinerary is budget, but we can arrange any type of accommodation for our adventurers!
During this COVID period, consider purchasing a travel voucher redeemable against any trip and valid for 2 years :)
The road trip begins.
On the first day we leave to Amboselli early – the goal is to get there to enjoy lunch and the camp that you will be staying at. Because it’s so hot we want to wait for the weather to cool to get to the park at around 4pm and do a game drive to see the gentle giants.
If you are staying at premium accommodation, you will want to do a game drive early in the morning from around 7 to 2pm and enjoy the facility for the rest of the day, or go back to the park at 4pm again. The schedule is flexible since the premium accommodations are totally worth enjoying.
On the last day, we will do an early morning game drive and make our way to our next destination.
